Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made through AceEdX are generally non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically, it cannot be returned.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Product not delivered due to a verified system issue.
- Corrupt or inaccessible file that cannot be replaced.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Cancellation
Since digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after successful payment.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
